Refund and Returns Policy


Overview

Most of our products are customized at the request of the customer. It is therefore impossible to offer refunds on those products as they cannot be re-sold to other customers.

If you have second thoughts after purchasing a product. Please contact us as we can discuss possible alterations to the products that might improve your satisfaction level. Most alterations might incur a small additional fee and in some cases a shipping fee.

If the product is not customized, then our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
